We exist because no one should sleep on the bare floor in their own home, nor have trouble keeping their food fresh!
We are different because we are fast. We only take requests through approved caseworker agencies and advocacy groups so we avoid assessment delays. Recipients are not asked to justify their need again. We deliver packages of household items most needed by your clients, saving precious time for you both, so you can concentrate on everything else.
Current priority agencies include: B.Miles, Catholic Care, House of Welcome, JRS, Mission Au, Mums4Refugees & GADRC, RedCross, STarTTS, The Salvation Army, Wesley Mission, WAGEC, Women's Community Shelters.
Once we understand the needs of your client, we will check to see what’s available. Remember, we provide only key essentials when starting from scratch so we may not be able to meet every request fully. If you are outside our catchment you can organise your own transport to pick up. We regret that until we secure funding we cannot take on new clients, however we are working on it! Please email details of your agency, manager's name and phone number, tenancy establishment brokerage available if any, to to be put on our waiting list so we can support you and your clients ASAP.
For Funded Agencies we apologise that we are not currently able to process orders for White Goods. We are working hard to have this process up and running as quickly as possible but in the meantime we would request that you fill out a HEQS New White Goods Request Form and email this to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
