GG Transport service update

As per recent communication with team leaders, you will see some changes to the transport options in our form.

For the time being we will not be able to continue to provide GG scheduled transport. But to ensure you can still easily access goods needed, we have put a few things in place to increase opportunities including:

  • additional recommended transporters for you to use

  • greater options to pick up from our warehouse

  • should you need support to cover transport costs, we have identified referral pathways you can connect with, to assist with covering these costs (click here for more info).

Our intention is within our capacity, to make it as easy as possible for you to access the items needed, when your clients need them.

Thank you for your understanding of these changes and if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Davida to explore and discuss.

Do you have a client in need?

We exist because no one should sleep on the bare floor in their own home, nor have trouble keeping their food fresh!

We are different because we are fast. We only take requests through approved agency partners for household items most needed by your clients, saving precious time for you both, so you can concentrate on everything else. Once we understand the needs of your client, we will check to see what’s available and confirm.
