We simply exist because no one should sleep on the bare floor in their own home, nor have trouble keeping their food safe! We are different because we are fast - we only take requests through approved caseworker agencies and advocacy groups so we avoid assessment delays and recipients are not asked to justify their need again. We deliver packages of those things most needed by your clients, saving all that precious running-around time for you both.
Current priority agencies: Catholic Care, House of Welcome, JRS, Mission Au, Link Housing, Mums4Refugees & GADRC, RedCross, STarTTS, Wesley Mission, WAGEC, Women's Community Shelters
Once we understand the needs of your client, we will see what we have available and if we will need to source anything. Remember, we provide only key essentials needed when starting from scratch so we may not be able to meet every request fully. You will be asked to contribute to the transport expense incurred wherever possible.
*If you are outside our catchment, or not a priority client and can organise your own transport, put in your request so we can help with the goods your client needs.
We regret that until we secure funding, we cannot take on new clients quite yet but boy are we working on it! Please email your agency, manager's name and phone number to email@example.com to be put on our waiting list so we can support you and your clients as soon as we are capable.
